Nature Calls: Super Simple Terms of Service

Overview: The Deal We’re Making

Welcome to Nature Calls! When you use our website or buy our amazing laundry sheets, you are agreeing to these simple rules (our Terms of Service). The words “we,” “us,” and “our” all mean Nature Calls. We also apologise for having to write it in this formal way - we blame lawyers (all of them).

Please read this, honestly! By continuing to use the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They give us the online shop framework so we can sell our plastic-free goodness to you.

1. The Rules of the Shop

  • Be a grown-up (or have a grown-up’s permission). By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are the age of majority in your area.

  • Keep it legal. Don't use our products or website for anything illegal or to break any laws. Don't send us any nasty digital bugs (viruses or worms).

  • Break the rules? We can stop your service immediately if you break these rules.

2. General Use

  • We can refuse service. We reserve the right to refuse an order or service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. It's rare, but sometimes necessary.

  • Your data is safe. Your personal data (like order info, not credit card details) may travel unencrypted over networks. However, your credit card information is always encrypted.
  • Don't steal our stuff. Please don't copy, sell, or reuse any part of our website or content without our written permission.

3. Product Info, Pricing, and Orders

  • We try to be accurate. We do our best to ensure all product descriptions and pricing are correct, but mistakes can happen. We reserve the right to fix any errors, change prices, or cancel orders if the information is wrong - even after you've placed your order.

  • Prices change. Our product prices can change without notice. We can also modify or stop any part of our Service at any time.

  • We can limit orders. We reserve the right to limit the number of products you buy. If we suspect an order is from a reseller, we might cancel it.

  • Accuracy is key. Please make sure all your billing and account information is accurate and up-to-date so we can get your sheets to you without a hitch.

  • Not our site, not our problem. Our site might contain links to external, third-party websites. We don't necessarily endorse these sites and cannot guarantee they remain safe (e.g. they could get hacked) and we therefore cannot accept responsibility for any damage or loss that comes from using them.   • Third-party tools. We might offer optional tools provided by third parties (like a shipping calculator). We provide these "as is" and take no liability for your use of them.

  • We love your ideas! If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, or feedback (your 'comments'), you agree we can use them anywhere, anytime, without having to pay you or keep them confidential.
