Damages and Issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will quickly evaluate the issue and work to correct it, whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

We are confident you will love making the switch to Nature Calls laundry detergent sheets. That's why we offer a 30-Day Happiness Guarantee.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to try the product and decide if it is right for you. If you try the product 3 times and are not completely satisfied within this 30-day window, you are eligible for a return and a full refund of the product purchase price.

Eligibility for Return

  • Try it out: Open the box and try our sheets in 3 washes. We want you to experience the quality and convenience.

  • What to return: To be eligible for a refund, you must return the remaining unused sheets and the original packaging (box) to us. We will cover the cost.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide your original receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., your order number).

Starting a Return

To help us process your request quickly and improve our product, please include the following information in your email:

  1. Your order number.
  2. The reason for your return (e.g., didn't like the scent, sheets didn't dissolve, not effective on stains).

We value this feedback greatly as a small company and will use it to make improvements. We will then provide you with instructions on how and where to send the remaining items. 

Refunds

Once we receive your returned items, we will notify you when your refund has been approved.

Your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days (but usually much faster). Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may take additional time (typically 5-10 business days) to process and post the funds to your account.
