Subscriptions Explained

When you buy a subscription for Nature Calls products, you're setting up repeat deliveries based on the frequency you choose (e.g., every one or two months).

Your payment details are stored securely, and you'll be charged automatically before each shipment is sent, unless you chose to pay for multiple deliveries in advance.

How to Cancel or Change

We don't believe in locking you into long contracts. You can cancel or change your subscription at any time.

  • How to manage it: Your order confirmation emails contain a link to your dedicated subscription portal. Simply click that link to easily pause, change the delivery schedule, swap products, or cancel entirely. You can also log into your personal account on our website (click the 'person' icon in the top right) and manage everything from there.

  • Auto-Renewal: Once set up, your subscription will continue per your chosen settings until you change or cancel.
